APS was contracted by one of our long-standing clients to replace the existing roof cladding with new Coloursteel Max .55 Maxx BB900. The project includes all external and internal gutters, flashings, skylights, walkways, glass roofs and lower canopy roofs.
The scope of works also includes waterproofing of the deck to the north elevation and full exterior building wash and repaint. On the other hand, interior works includes the replacement of the suspended ceiling tiles to the various rooms. We are currently in the process of finalising the erection of the scaffold and shrink wrap prepping for the roof replacement.
