- Utilized expertise in designing and drafting to create amendments for the original drawings submitted to the architect, resulting in variations 2-5.
- Effectively managed fluctuating workload caused by changes in scaffold design, necessitating different approaches to work for each stage (1-5) of the project.

- Coordinated with our supplier, Dimond, to ensure the use of specialty roofing material, MagnaflowX in DP 955 profile, due to the proximity to the ocean and the harsh overall environment at the location.
