APS was approached by the MOJ to provide a quotation for the exterior painting of all elevations including the roof at the Te Kuiti Courthouse.

This quote also included minor repairs to be undertaken (like for like) on timber weatherboards.

During the replacement, a historical leak was found that affected the timber framing and required another quote to remediate.

Due to the building being of historical value and listed as a heritage site, navigating this was challenging but we got this job over the line with great feedback from the client.

Since then, Downer have taken over the Courthouse refurbishment contracts, and they have approached us to price two more from recommendations from MOJ and their experience with APS on Te Kuiti.
